White City is at the entrance to Carlsbad Caverns NP. It is a small hamlet and the motel is modest and clean.

Always friendly staff and clean facilities when I stay here.

Awesome staff, clean rooms, great breakfast … the guy that keeps the breakfast area clean needs a raise .. stays on top of things immediately…check in was a breeze especially if you get greeted with a smile… thank you

Facility including the room and staff was fabulous, fairly new building, no issues. I only wish that more hotels would follow some of the HI Express standard of NO CARPET in rooms, just to provide a cleaner more healthy environment for guests, show me the receipts of carpet cleaning.

The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. TV service didn’t work for the Disney channels and the pull out bed cut my son’s leg due to sharp wires. Juice was available for purchase in the morning so only water and coffee were free.
